FLOW Grappling Club - Jiu-jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing - South Arlington

FLOW Grappling Club is a family-owned martial arts and combat sports training academy situated in South Arlington, Texas. The facility provides instructional courses in no-gi Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, and youth martial arts for recreational students and competitors alike. Training is guided by an experienced coaching staff with more than fifteen years of martial arts and boxing experience. Grappling instruction centers on no-gi submission wrestling, takedowns, escapes, positional controls, and ground fighting tactics. Boxing classes are overseen by a professional coach, incorporating punch combinations, defensive body mechanics, and conditioning drills to build stamina and speed. The gym offers a combined Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling program for children aged seven to twelve designed to develop athletic coordination, discipline, and self-defense skills. Evening classes run Monday through Thursday alongside Saturday morning grappling sessions. Training requires no long-term contract, and new students can begin with a free trial class.
