Flow State Grappling operates out of 3212 Parkside Center Circle in Tampa, Florida, offering specialized instruction in no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling. Rather than running a traditional gi curriculum, the school focuses on modern submission grappling and takedown mechanics. Owner and head instructor Joe holds a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Alan Ribeiro at Caridian Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, having previously earned his blue and purple belts under Fabio Novaes in the Marcelo Saporito and Carlson Gracie lineage. Co-owner and lead wrestling instructor Chad is joined by co-owner and operations manager Desirae. The weekly schedule includes morning sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, evening classes Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and open mats on weekends.
