He has been practicing martial arts for 20 years, is a 2nd degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt, has fought professionally in MMA, and has extensive competitive and teaching experience. His background includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, self defense for kids and adults, submission grappling, and combat jiu jitsu.
